Our Doctors

Dr. Thomas Bodnar, a graduate of St. Ignatius, received his multiple degrees in Science, Dentistry and Periodontics through studies at Marquette University, Loyola University, University of Illinois in Chicago and Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Bodnar has lectured to community and dental groups locally and nationally on topics ranging from gingivital aesthetics and periodontal disease to cosmetic procedures and dental implants. Dr. Bodnar is past President of the West Shore Dental Study Club and is a member of the Greater Cleveland Dental Society, Ohio Dental Association, American Dental Academy and the American Academy of Periodontology.

Dr. Tom enjoys spending time with his family in their Fairview Park home.  Dr Tom has five children, four daughter and a son. Olivia 20, is entering her second year as a MSU Spartan, Brooke 17, Paige 14, Chloe 12 and Julius 10 (named after the doctors father) are all active and enjoy hiking, skiing, and exploring.  The Bodnar family is active in the surrounding community. It is not unusual to see the family serving in a soup kitchen one day and performing surgery the next.

Dr. Bodnar and family are enthusiastic supporters of the arts and life of Cleveland. From the Rock Hall to the Museum of Art, farmers market down to the West Side Market, An Indians game or a party in the park the Santo-Bodnar family is more than just a part of this city. Like each of us, they are the core of this city. He believes in what Cleveland and more specifically what the near west side stands for. Simply put, a city and beliefs well founded in God, family, and trusted friends.

Dr. Tom is an adventurous traveler, domestic and abroad, and spends his leisure time in an array of diverse activities. He cooks for friends and family, with an emphasis on Thai foods, and is an avid hiker, climber and skier. Tom is also a poet, writer and advocate for a more peaceful green planet.
